Refund policy

RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION - RETURN TERMS

The User holds the right to terminate their contract within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product(s) must retain their original characteristics and show no signs of use.
  2. The product(s) must be complete with all accompanying materials, returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

To exercise the right of Free Resolution, the User can select the specific product within their order on the BOA BOA Studios website under their account and complete the return form. Upon acceptance of the return request, a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

BOA BOA Studios offers free shipping for European orders exceeding €200 and Madeira Island orders over €100. Return shipping costs will be incurred, except in cases where a justified refund is issued due to product defects or non-conformity. Additionally, if shipping fees were part of the original order, they will be the responsibility of the purchaser, except in cases of product defects or non-conformity.

Upon receipt of the products and confirmation of their proper condition, BOA BOA Studios initiates the refund process. The refund, made through the original payment method, will occur within a maximum period of 10 days.

In cases where returned items display signs of use, BOA BOA Studios reserves the right to reject the return and withhold the refund.

 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of orders is permissible by sending an email request to wecare@boaboastudios.com prior to shipment. 

For orders canceled before shipment, a full refund, including both the order value and allocated shipping costs, is provided since these cancellations do not impact delivery.

Orders canceled after shipment fall under the conditions outlined in the RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION.

BOA BOA Studios does not cover shipping costs for product exchanges resulting from the customer's responsibility. However, defective or non-conforming products do not incur any shipping costs for the User.

In instances where the User receives a BOA BOA Studios product improperly, containing defects or other non-conformities, they have the option to either replace the product or terminate the contract.
